Service and project information
Service descriptions and project pages provide general information about the work we offer and examples of work at particular stages. A project photograph may show construction in progress rather than a completed project.
Each property and project has its own requirements. Website information is not a structural design, site survey, specification or instruction for carrying out building work. If you identify an error on the website, please contact us so that we can correct it.
Enquiries, quotations and agreements
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a start date or place an order for work. Scope, availability, price, payment arrangements and other project terms are agreed for each job.
The information on this website does not override an agreed quotation or contract, or remove information that must legally be supplied before a consumer enters a contract. Where cancellation rights apply, the relevant information is supplied when the agreement is made.
Using the website content
The text, design, logo and photographs on this website belong to JG General Building and Construction Ltd unless stated otherwise. Fonts are used under their open-source licences.
You may view pages, share links and keep copies for your own consideration of our services. Please ask our permission before reusing material in advertising, republishing it commercially or presenting our project images as your own work. This does not restrict uses permitted by law.
Using the website
Please do not use the website to introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation. Links to email, WhatsApp and other websites are provided for convenience; those services are operated independently and their own terms apply.
We may update the website and may need to interrupt access for maintenance. Nothing on this website excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects your statutory consumer rights.
Applicable law and concerns
Use of this website is governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections available to you under applicable law.
For a website question, or a concern about building work, contact jgalosconstructionltd@gmail.com or call 07811 458178. For building work, please include the property address, a description of the issue and how you would like it resolved, and we will respond as soon as possible.
